Do you assist with site selection?
  
Yes. We have a full real estate system to help you with market analysis, site analysis, lease negotiations, and other tools to help you secure high potential locations
 
Who builds my restaurant?
  
The build-out of a restaurant involves a complex marriage of cost estimates, deadlines, orders, shipments and installations. Construction and supply costs that do not fall within projections can be especially damaging in the early going of a new business. We have an alliance with a “Build out Partner” that allows us to consolidate all the responsibilities of every aspect of a store opening including design, engineering, and permit acquisition; manufacturing of custom millwork, store fixtures and graphics and full construction service. The net result being an empty shell turned over and “Open for Business” on a budget and a time line outlined at the very beginning of the process. Our franchisees can count on their start up budget and schedule to get them through the transition from their current work life to running their own store.
 
Who is your customer target?
  
Health conscious, college educated, with household incomes of $75,000+, that lead busy lives, are concerned about health, and are familiar with new-sophisticated tastes.
 
Does Chicken Dijon offer Area Development Opportunities?
  
Yes. We are actively seeking franchisees who will build multiple store locations over time. To secure the rights to develop an additional trade area, a deposit is required. We are seeking restaurateurs and entrepreneurs alike who are interested in developing at least 3-5 restaurants over time.
 
Is there any experience necessary to own a Chicken Dijon franchise?
  
Yes, but not necessarily in foodservice. We actively search for candidates that have an entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership skills within a high-energy environment.
